Ordered low profile free dive mask online. Recieved a second hand *DIRTY* used mask. When opened the packet the mask had clearly been worn. Left dirty with what looked like greasy face marks, and makeup all around the rim. The glass was completely smothered in greasy smudges & fingerprints. Plus *dirty nostril* marks in the nose cavity. Also ordered 1ml socks, fin size 8/9 (I'm a 9), way too big. Cannot return any of the items as per return policy states. Definitely lost me as a customer. Poor customer service.

Brilliant and outstanding customer service backed by a good depth of knowledge and an open and friendly personality. Highly recommend Dive Warehouse to any and all divers in the region.
