My pool motor burned up after many years of use. As the local pool shops were busy with the rain backlog I rang Aqua Services direct. Spoke to Grahm on Tuesday morning. He was able to identify the pump/motor I had and identify a suitable replacement. He then arranged for installation too. By Wednesday mid morning the new motor was installed. Very happy with the new motor as it is quiet and has good suction; the service was good and prompt. Thank you.

Knowledgeable , prompt, and a pleasure to do business with. While others were trying to upsell me to a new expensive electronic PUMP controller part at $650 plus install and labour total about $1000 they diagnosed the issue over the phone and fixed the other failed part and looked over the operation of the pump that was not running too hot. Then a follow up phone call next day to check if all ok. They are modelled on old skool business models and did not price gouge. Value for money.

This is only the second time I have had to use these guys and again could not fault their service. They had to order in a part for me and their supplier ended up sending the wrong one. We didn't realise the error until I had taken the part home. When I realised the error I contacted them and they got onto straight away and sorter it out. My understanding is that the correct part cost more than the part that was originally supplied but they covered the extra cost, which I was very grateful for. Highly recommended.

Great service. When I dropped it off they indicated nothing was too much trouble and despite the fact that it was the first day back after the xmas hols and they had heaps of repairs dropped in, they had mine done within 24hrs. Thanks heaps guys! I really appreciate your service. Great price too.
