Sharon has done all our Settlements for all our home purchases and sales. We have never had any problems. For the most recent sale of our investment property we had some buyers that wasted not only our time but also hers. Sharon was more than happy to assist us in giving them what they needed, only to later drop out. Not once did she complain, and I feel her rates are very reasonable considering this.
