Very bad service had a appointment for colour on a thursday night got cancelled from one the workers saying they don’t open late..on the same day!which I had taken an appointment a couple of days earlier and don’t forget I was a regular customer..so I had to ring around for someone else to do my hair..how frustrating look for another hairdresser to fit me IN..!Had an engagement on a Friday night..won’t be going back..no call from the owner back

If you're looking for quality and professionalism in a salon on Jetty Rd Brighton, this ISN'T the place. Rude, incompetent staff and an owner in over her head. Booked to have foils, with 3 weeks notice as I have very little spare time, arrived at 3:30 to be told I wasn't in the book. FOUR HOURS LATER I left with the worst hair I've ever had. No apology. Called owner to tell her how awful the whole experience was and she refused a refund but booked me in to have it fixed. I got the flu and couldn't make it (I called to let her know). I called a week later to re-book and left a message. NO ONE RETURNED MY CALL. I called today to confirm my Wednesday 3:30 request to be told it was too late to fix it. Do yourself a favour. Go somewhere else.

Partner had a booking for today through Scoopon. Salon was closed and no one would answer the mobile number after many phone calls. Salon looks to be under renovation. Very poor service, with juggling kids and work she does not have time to waste driving 30 mins each way to have no one even there and no calls answered as soon as she gave the owner the code for the Scoopon. Looking at the other reviews for this so called business. This is not the first time and as for the 5 star reviews with obvious fake names.... people take your money elsewhere.
