My wife and I went for lunch and had crumbled schnapper, chips and calamari everything was freshly cooked and just night for my taste: juicy fish, tender calamari and perfect chips. My new fish and chips go to place.I went back today for grilled snapper and chips. Perfectly grilled fish and the chips were sensational. A place with a big turnover can have really hot oil for chips that are crisp outside and soft inside.

High quality fresh fish and chips. Arguably the best crumbed calamari I have ever had. The hot chips are always crunchy. My fish of choice is the battered Sea Pearch.

Deleted old review .. updatingThe food here has improved alot since my last visit ... I came here nearly every week and we tried many varieties.I often order battered flake and chips , burgers and salad. (Seafood and coleslaw is fresh all the time)The food here is very consistent now and I'm happy to drive for good food.The snacks menu can be further improve with more options.

We went for Fish N Chips and boy! It was delicious! Would highly recommend to go for Barramundi with chips & seafood salad. And the service was also great. He was friendly and helpful. Can’t wait to go back again.

An enjoyable meal.Freindly staff and fresh, well portioned meals.I had the snapper and chips. Fish was well cooked and seasoned, with a lovely sweetness. Batter light, golden and crunchy. Chips, well seasoned, nice and crunchy.

Good quality fish and chips. The battered cod was beautiful. It had a light, thin batter with a thick piece of fish so it was good value for money. Chips were crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside so they were delicious. The calamari was tender and lightly crumbed, so good. Only let down for us was the Greek Salad as everything was cut into massive chunks (i.e I don’t want to eat a quarter of a tomato with each bite).Seating and ambience of the restaurant is quite nice on a sunny day. Worth giving this place a crack.

Have been in Brisbane for 4 weeks after organ transplant at PA Hospital and had wife driving to Sandgate and Manly chasing good feed of Fish n chips only to discover this awesome place on our door step. Beautifully cooked fish Batter nice light and crisp not oily at all and chips were greatHIGHLY RECOMMEND

I like this place and it's just a few minutes from home. However the last few times when we order chips, they have been overdone. They are delicious when done well which makes it all the more disappointing when they don't hit the mark. Still ate them, but now I'm less inclined to go back again soon.

I don’t normally leave reviews but this has to be the best fish and chips in Brisbane! Their quality of food is consistently great with so many options on their menu. Their fish tacos and chips are amazing!! A very casual atmosphere with guaranteed great food! Plenty of off street parking available. Barra Boys are must try!

Had a Cod and chips, good serving sizes, a bit pricey compared to others but the batter was excellent and the overall quality very good. One of the better Fish n Chips in Brisbane, maybe the best.
