Amazing!!Staff welcomed me as I entered, friendly service, helped me find what I needed and even reccomend a different store down the road to see if they had the gumboots in the size I needed.Helped me take a pressure cleaner to my car, explaining the details of the equipment and the lovely girl at the counter made things easy too.Introducing themselves, hand shakes and smiles. They even have a gold coin donation " Thursday breakfast for supporting the leukemia foundation.I'll definitely be a return customer as they were all helpful and welcoming."

Bad customer services. They don’t care about exchanging, warranty or repair. They just simply said they these are not their products, regardless of showing them a receipt.

Unreasonable store manager, trying to return a sealed product with my receipt.They would not refund it as it was past the 14 day return period which i understand.He was happy to exchange for another item. I was also happy to exchange the item for something else, Then had a change of mind as the box was dirty on one side.This made the product to be deemed un-sellable condition. What a joke.

Unreasonable return policy for unsatisfied customer. Bought a hydraulic pipe bender but the tools is not fit for purpose and cannot achieve desired results (cannot make a good bend at 90 degrees, @ slight degrees, it is squeezing pipe diameter, I even brought the pipework to show them the results) tried to return with original package and the less than 24 hours original receipt but sale staff said that manager has the policy of no return if it was used, instead they offer and suggested me to keep the bender for future use or find a way how it will work, what a silly suggestion. I suggest don't sell this product and don't recommend any tradies to buy this.

Purchased a king chrome tool set box was faulty and still waiting on warranty change over.Not resolved as yet and so far been waiting 4 months!!!!No after service what so ever.
