Today we played Sanctum and It was really cool. Previously we played Alice which was nice as well. It takes a bit of practice to get used to the teletransportation control. However once you get used to, it is quicker to move around. We liked the graphics and the story, it is worth trying. We didn't have any previous experience with virtual reality and we managed to escape the challenge. Suitable for anyone who likes to solve puzzles :) or anyone who wants to enjoy looking at the graphics. Staff were friendly and provided us with clear instructions of how to use the controls and the headset. There is lots of parking outside, they are open until late, just in case you want to come after work. 100% recommend if you want to forget about your problems for 1 hour and solve puzzles in an inmersive world of VR.

If I could rate it higher I would! I was so pleasantly surprised - it was actually an awesome experience! The VR was excellent and the puzzles were challenging yet achievable. The host was great too - friendly and informative but didn’t “crowd you”. We did the Huxley experience.10/10. My husband, 10 year old son and I all really loved it. Definitely coming back!

This was truly amazing, would recommend to everyone! Stunning graphics and so immersive, the future has definitely arrived. Our host Jack was so lovely and helpful, we had a great experience and are very keen to go back and try some more!

Great fun.It is my second time visiting an escape room, but the first time in a VR one (having used VR only a cpl times in my gaming career also). I also took the misses, who had neither done an escape room or VR before. We didn't complete the room in the timeframe but still, we both had a ball and definitely will be back to finish the room! (and move on to the other offerings)

My partner and I did Huxley yesterday and it was incredible fun and an amazing experience. We had the whole room to us rather than a common arena with outside noise, which was definitely a plus. Thanks to Chris for his professionalism and friendly attitude and for explaining the whole process to us. We will definitely do more escape rooms at Metaphysica!

We played the Cyberpunk VR game at Metaphysica. Out of 3 Vr retail experiences, this one was the best because we could be more agile in the game and move about. Fergie was our host and he was pleasant/accommodating during our game experience. Was even able to get a couple of free games of street fighter while we waited.

Had a great time here would recommend. Played three games total, Huxley 1 & 2 and Alice in wonderland. I really loved Huxley 1. I don’t recommend Huxley 2 (it wasn’t well made and gave me a huge headache). Alice was pretty good as well.
