Mantra on Salt Beach Kingscliff
We walked in of the street and the reception was delightful. They didn't have standard rooms left, so they upgraded us to the spa suite at no extra charge.The pool and amenities were clean and inviting.The room was very clean and tidy.The staff were friendly and quick to please.I was a bit shocked they don't offer room service.

Our room looked over a noisy construction site and a landscaping site when the rest of the resort looked half empty lucky we were out most days.Spent 4 nights there never saw house keeping once used are own towels after using theirs. It's a good location but that's about it.

Staffing issues will definitely affect your stayYou'll need to bring your own doona as the thin sheets won't keep you warm. Will have to beg for towels, and even if you ask for items two days before you anticipate their depletion, they will forget and you'll be left without toilet paper at an awkward time. I don't mind rooms not being serviced during a long stay- but they won't tell you that up front. No where to put damp towels. Nice location.

Good clean kept hotel. Staff helpful. Lovely main lagoon pool and a smaller more private pool. Excellent for families with bike hires and trails to explore. Beach a stroll away!

Beatiful location with plenty of facilities and an amazing lagoon pool. Just a short stroll to the beach. Lovely spacious room with spa, helpful friendly staff, what more could you need?Highly recommended!

Requested a same price date change due to change in plans. Hard to get any progress and wasn't approved. Super inflexible customer service and attitude. Wasted our time and money.--------------------------------16 / 6 / 23 Update : Thanks for the reply Felipe. I understand that is convenient for Corporates to just cut and paste generic replies to reviews. However this doesn't address / solve my current situation - if you can not worry about improving in the future and improve now (by striving" to resolve my specific issue) that would be awesome. I still haven't heard back from you on my rescheduled date / refund."

A nice property with a nice outlook. The rooms a good and has various options available. The mini village in between there and Peppers offers variety with a pub/meals, bottle shop, convenience store and many places to eat. Value for money & service dragged the overall rating down.

A phenomenal oasis resort with all the features, facilities, shops, restaurants, right in front of the beach! The two pools/spas are fantastic, one heated the other not. Tennis courts, table tennis, bikes, BBQs and more. The reception staff and staff around were lovely, always smiling and always happy to help. This venue deserves 5 star for how luxurious it is! Thank you :)
