Extremely rude person on the phone today. I have literally never spoke to someone so unhelpful.From looking at the other reviews it seems this is normal behaviour from them. So it seems like a good idea to stay away from this company.

Before listing parts for sale, you should remove them from the car and ensure they are working, rather than taking our money and wasting a week's worth of time. Won't recommend and won't use again after this experience, can't be sure they won't waste our time.

They should pull the parts and have ready to go.there very quick to take your money make wait and then give damage parts.the bloke at the front counter really needs to work on his people skills and attitude never meet some 1 who is so rude and arrogant and unhelpful.

Brilliant service (from Shane in particular). I ordered a pair of rear garnish lights (the lights on the tailgate) as we had one broken and I was worried about colour match on a 10+ year old part. Both arrived, one was sadly damaged in transit. Sent a photo via email, got a call within the hour and they offered to immediately send a replacement, no questions asked.When I explained I had only ordered both for colour match, and the good one was the one I needed was fine (both colour matched and was undamaged), immediately processed a refund for me for the broken light.I would absolutely buy from this business again.

If I could give zero stars I would. Absolutely disgusting. Ordered and paid for part $1700, promised it would be delivered in 2 days. 4 days later after calling part was delivered in an absolute DISGUSTING state mechanic said he wouldn't even used IT for parts or give to wreckers. Then called to get another, was not interested in helping and said they would refund. There was NO communication through refund process after emailing NUMEROUS times.... still waiting for the refund STAY WELL AWAY. Disgusting, disgraceful and should not be operating.

Don’t waist your TIME and money here !There’s honestly much better companies you can deal with.They charge an absolute premium, they are constantly making mistakes, being passive aggressive and making the whole experience a headache. Taylor is gonna either improve her awareness & customer services or end up devaluing another company.
