Very bad customer service. The staff treat you by looking at your skin colour. Racist vibes as soon as they see you. They are always moody and no skills of customer service.When I called the Australia post main line they checked and told me if the child can hold the head up they are able to take the passport photos. When I walked in and asked for this service, they looked at me and told me No straight away. But so many other Australia post outlets offer this service.Never ever go here !These people need to learn to treat everyone equally.

The post office which just busy directing customers to other post offices. They won’t do passport photos for a five months old. However, I have got photos done for three months old at other post office in a stroller in the past. No customer service at all. The lady seems to be manager directed me go to Melton west and walked away. I would say just shut it down if you can’t serve the community!

Bunch of Karens working here. Rude and talk to you like you are dumb. Eyes rolled, smirk and snorts I got from them more than what I got in my whole entire life combine. 4 times here and 3 times with issues. Maybe it's my race!

Every time I go here the uppity women behind the counter act like it's a huge problem for them to have to deal with me and look for ways to make it difficult. Get a job elsewhere if you hate helping customers.Notice how half the reviews say they are really nice and half say they are horrible. I wonder how they decide who to treat professionally and who to be rude to? Look at the line up of staff there and make up your own mind.

constantly has an issue with business pickups and are abrupt & rude, never working with you just giving you excuses as to how they can’t help you. would much rather melton south, their customer service is unbeatable!

The only post office I know that make it super hard for you to pick up a parcel. They don’t deliver to my address but happy to place a paper slip in my letter box which could have been the parcel. Aus post is closed on weekends and only opened during business hrs which I’m sure everyone is at work that time.Aus post convenience first, customer last.

This post office is great. I have used it for 21 years, you can buy your cards, post your gifts, or collect from inside or a parcel locker. They sell assorted gift ideas in the middle plus office materials like pens, envelopes, ect. The staff are always polite and friendly.
