We had shutters put in every major window and french doors in our townhouse. The product is a good quality and whilst the fitting had a few minor issues Alan and his installer were able to ensure we were a happy customer and fixed all the fitting issues we had. The manufactured product is a good quality and we are very happy with the look and value the shutters have added to our house. Spot On Shutters
Had bought from them before, great product and very happy with my shutters. Delivery fees were a bit pricey but I was O.K. with it. However, their after sales service is non existent. I needed help with replacing a shutter panel. I wrote at least three times giving my details and the order information. Got no reply at all. Very disappointed. I am wondering if they are still in business.
