They forgot to fill coolant into my 1 year old Hybrid Camry cooling system, only filling the inverter reservoir. They also forgot to put back the foam behind the front bumper. Seriously? Do you have a QC system?

Well…. It’s been nearly 5 months since my car accident around July, My car was repaired through This place, after my car was fixed they told me on the pick up day that it’s not completely fixed. I was told that I will pretty much have to deal with it. I was given my car back still damaged. Now it’s January and they finally tell me my part is in ready to be fixed. But now I have to drive 1 hour and a half to their business and also $5 each way in tolls and I get no compensation for my time and for me to have a day off… which I lose money for that too. OH and to top it off I got my car back and the exhaust was bent. I never got any compensation back for my fuel and tolls m, all because they stuffed UP! I just can’t believe I pay insurance and the accident was not my fault but yet I get my car back still damaged. P.S Eagle maybe don’t fix peoples cars if you can’t do the job right. I do NOT recommend EAGLE SMASH REPAIRS at all!!! I WILL BE TAKING THIS MATTER FURTHER!! To the Department of fair trading… oh and waiting 6 months is not acceptable

The staff at Eagle Smash went above and beyond to make sure my Navara was returned to me as good as new. If your insurance company gives you a choice of repairer, definitely go with these guys.

I had another crash repairer to fix my car hit by the hail storm during the year 2014 and the difference between then and now is remarkable. Excellent and professional service by the eagle crash repairs team. Very happy with the job done and thanks for cleaning the car inside and out, no dusty and greasy anymore.Would highly recommend.

Four years ago we gave Scott and his team at Eagle the Job of painting our 1965 Mustang Coupe. I had already done body work and some prepping before handing Scott a blank canvas on a rotisserie. After discussing color options, Atomic ,was the chosen color . We cannot express how happy we are with the finished item , at it's first show the car took, Best Coupe & Best Paint , 2 trophy's at the first show, we were over the moon, after that it has taken trophy's for, best interior, best enginebay. This year out of a field of 250 cars and Rods we got runner up of show , 2nd place, not bad, thanks to Scott and the team at Eagle Smash Repairs

This is not your run of the mill panel shop. The office is very clean, modern and welcoming. As an added bonus they also have an amazing coffee machine. The staff were professional and empathic to my situation. They were very clear about time frames and I was updated regularly throughout the repairs to my car. The whole process was very easy and most importantly, my car came back looking like it had just come off the showroom floor - would highly recommend!!

You won't find a better smash repair business than Eagle Smash Repairs. Their work is top quality, and the service and advice is awesome. They have taken pressure off us and dealt with the insurance company on our behalf. We have used them a couple of times now and wouldn't go anywhere else. Highly recommended.
