I would give 6 stars if I could. These guys are always so helpful, I was just given instruction over the phone on how to replace my Kitchen Aid blender clutch. This is the kind of service that makes a business the first port of call every time. Thank you.

Excellent service and down to earth gentlemen offering straight up advice and service from my experience.Was frustrated on multiple visits to find the store shut in their normal business hours. To clarify it now closes at 4:00PM except when they feel like going home early for example.Needless to say, call to make sure they are there before wasting time driving there!

What absolute legends - thank you Peter and Mark and puppy willow! Thank you very much for fixing our breville coffee machine! I had accidentally got a paperclip stuck in the grinder, and they fixed it - such a quick turn around and much cheaper than we were expecting! Will definitely be back. Can not recommend their services enough.

Brought my Dualit toaster in as it didn't seem to be working as well as it used to.The staff advised the toaster didn't seem to have any fault.J+ T didn't charge me a cent for this check which is so generous.Also appreciate their honest feedback.Highly recommend this shop to repair your small electrical appliances.
