I am a repeat customer of this company. The sales advice and pricing provided was great, the installation was completed as required. A slight hiccup, probably from my end was sorted quickly and painlessly by the team all with no issues. The contractor involved advised me he is paid promptly by the company as well which is an important characteristic.

I called up to ask if they had any leftover scraps and with the polite answer of sure " I went there in my time of need and offered to pay for the small amount I needed and Derek offered me some carpet for no charge being I was a flood victim from up North. But it was not the free I was after its the attitude of understanding and help that was welcomed. Two others in the same area wanted a high cost for the small amount I required. I strongly suggest that if you need your home carpeted then this is a one stop of service and Professional experience."

Dear Derek,I just wanted to thank you and your team for looking after Jen and myself as we went through a process of purchasing carpet and getting that carpet laid. I had never been through the process and subsequently there ways probably a little more communication then a normal sale, especially for a single room. You where always generous with your time and flexible with your engagement with both of us. I felt well looked after, what we purchased was specific for our tenant and you quickly understood what we needed and gave us the options of carpet we felt we needed to stay in charge of the operation.I can honestly say I will not be going to anyone else in the future when I need flooring; carpet, lino, etc etc as you guys are terrific!!!Thanks again.Dylan

Very helpful staff who welcomed our indecisiveness....I had no idea how many choices we had! But Phil made the job easy and it was installed professionally with no fuss. I would recommend them to anyone. I know will be back when we need to sort the kids bedrooms! ;)
