Amazing experience! My partner and I went in to both get Tissot watches and the staff member, Hope, was professional and very helpful. She gave us both a great price for our watches and ensured we left the store happy with our purchase. Being so happy with the service we received from her, even on a busy Thursday evening, my partner went back in after five minutes to purchase yet another watch from her! Great team and attention to detail in terms of what customers want.

Very lovely crews from Carousel branch. Very friendly, super helpful and service oriented. I couldn't be happier and stress out more of how awesome the service I have received from this branch. One of the item I have purchased from other A&C branch had defect and again, the crew from this branch have provided painless exchange process. Highly recommend. All the best in 2022!

Be aware, Jewellery that requires repair is sent over seas, not over-east. This takes 2+ months, not 2 weeks. Poor communication throughout the process.

The Asian lady was extremely rude today. She did not want to serve me and had an incredibly condescending tone when I was asking questions. She kept saying the ring was not on discount, assuming I couldn't buy it! It was 4:40, and she said she was already going to close. Very disappointed in this service. What kind of people do you have working there! No manners at all!

Bought 2x pair of diamonds earrings.Wasn't told the system was down so I couldn't get the certificate on the spot. And now days later I can't get through on the phone. Email on their website and still nothing.Basically sitting with a pair of new earings that are worthless and can't use as I don't have the paper on them.
