This is a beautiful and large complex and this is due to the onsite managers Pam and Peter that keep it so well maintained. They are meticulous with there care in regards to all aspects of running the large property. I wish my complex manager could be half of what these two do. Oye.

We own a villa in the complex, which had been rented since we bought it. Pam and Peter are excellent managers! We are very happy how they manage our home, and the way they take care of the whole complex. My husband and I want to retire here, when we finish working life in Adelaide.

Excellent central location, fantastic resident managers, a friendly community and with handy public transport. Close to markets and Q Super store, Pacific Fair and Robina Town Centre. A touch of paradise - highly recommended.

My wife 3 children and I moved here 2 years ago, Peter and Pam are the best managers on the Gold Coast!Being in business and dealing with many managers they are amazing!My children have many friends within the complex and would recommend this place to any family with children.

This is like a tucked away piece of heaven. It has character and it's surrounded by beautiful trees and plants. The shared areas are immaculate and make you feel like you've stepped into some kind of far away haven even though you're out minutes away from the heart of surfers paradise. The management of this place is second to none and the neighbours are beautiful. When I come home from work I feel I enter a sanctuary that others travel to experience on holiday. Super lucky to live here.
