What a mess I'm in due to a botched up agreement where I was given no direction and told the opposite to what I was told later. 2019 was the year of my settlement agreement and here I am with a new lawyer still trying to move forward in my life. Wording of the document provided me with no safety against a partner I had tried to tell them was not to be trusted and the fact that on the most important day I was appointed an associate lawyer who I'd never ever met or spoken with before. I strongly believe I was coerced into signing even though I was really hesitant to. I was assured I could withdraw my agreement later if I wanted to but recieved a different story when I tried to.

I have a lot of respect for this Fantastic Firm. Their staff are lovely, polite , professional and really seem to care about what is best for their clients.No wonder Kim Wilson and Co are voted by Doyle's Guide as one of the very best top tier Law Firms in Australia.
