If your company needs that extra bit of help with those really hard debts, I can recommend ScoreDM. They're very skilled at getting debts on unpaid bills recovered and their commission rates have also always been competitive. Where most debt collectors turned us down as the debt was only $300 saying it was too small for them to collect, the amazing and very professional team at score helped us out by successfully locating the debtor and making sure we got our money. Extremely rude, unprofessional. they have a staff member stella who has adopted a bullying tactic to collect rather than a professional educated manner. Id give them no score. I dealt with this companies staff stella onbehalf of a client. She is a bully and definitely needs professional trainig to improve her human side. She also likes to hang up on people she called when she cannot deal with the client and then converts to an email tactic of collecting :) get her some education score debt.
