Highly recommend Sam and his team for any building or renovation work.We recently undertook a significant extension to our existing home. In order to save money, we lived in our home whilst the work was done. Sam and his team was very good in working around us. The workers were always punctual and when they say they will do certain things, it gets done. This helped us immensely. Sam and his team were always diligent and hardworking. They would come in, debrief and start work. There was no lazying around. They were careful with their work and made sure everything was done at the highest level. Any issues I raised were dealt with with promptly and properly, so I never needed to ask a second time. When they work, they would be thinking forward and if there were any potential problems that could occur, whether as part of the job or future issues, they raised it with me so it could be appropriately addressed. Doing renovation on an older house will always throw up unforeseen issues, the team was very good in identifying things that could potentially lead to other problems down the track. When this happens, they would tell me and provide with a possible solution and then left it with me in terms of how I would like to deal with it.A poor builder just does what they are told. A good builder thinks forward when they are building to try to identify any potential unforeseen issues that could be ok now but potentially cause more problems in the future. An excellent builder does this and will provide a solution that would minimise the problem from occurring. As part of my renovation, Sam identified two issues, which he could have ignored and just build as specified. I would have been none the wiser and would have said great at handover. However, those issues would have led to very expensive damages 5-10 years down the track. Not only did Sam pick up the problems, he provided a very good solution to both those issues that in the long run would be highly beneficial to me. When you are doing work like this, you want this kind of honesty, even though it is something you don't want to hear.I've been thoroughly happy with my experience with Pegasus and would recommend anyone looking to do work to have a chat to Sam about it,
