Chemist Warehouse Woden

The head pharmacist at this chemist is horrible. Was screwed around all day and lied to multiple times. She even proceeded to yell at us as we left. This is unacceptable behaviour and we won’t be returning. Went to a different chemist straight after and the medication was given immediately, no wait at all. Would recommend saving your time and going somewhere else.

As pointed out below the click and collect arrow at the register is a joke. I waited there patiently and then after 10 mins asked and was told to join the normal queue. Use that line properly, remove the arrow or at least tell people waiting there like a dill to line up.

Staff critically unprepared for even minor IT issues with their equipment.Thanks CW, it took an hour to buy a nasal spray today; pretty lame customer experience with untrained staff who couldn’t deal with minor eftpos outage: even after i couldn’t pay with apple pay - after they had tried 9 or 10 times and went home to bring the physical banking card - staff couldn’t put a transaction through cause machine was asking a signature on the receipt to be verified and they apparently didn’t know what it was and had to be pointed in the right direction by customers. Wow, did not expect to be part of such an epic meltdown at what I thought was a rather reputable establishment…..

Excellent customer service and friendly staff.Great range of products at cheaper than usual prices at other stores.Pharmacists are always happy to help, even giving bulk of regular medication which highly appreciated. As not all pharmacist do this.Highly recommend for perfume, medication and make-up

Not sure if this chain are hopeless everywhere. I recently had my scripts misplaced… another not ready when buzzer said it was ready… I will actively avoid Chemist warehouse; I’d prefer to pay more and have a reliable service

Horrible customer service. I was told my prescription for my medication was 2 months early even though ive been taking the same medication for 2 yrs. I had 4/5 repeats on the prescription left and they refused to give it to me. Did not make any sense as I have shopped here many times before, I am regular so I have no idea what happened. Went to a different chemist warehouse in fyshwick gave them the same slip and they gave me no problems. DO NOT COME HERE.

I purchased some items from this store today, intending to pay by Alipay, which has been accepted by CW since 2016.However, when I went to check out, I was told by the cashier that she didn't know how, she didn't try to inquire the colleagues either.Now I am not complaining about the girl, but I can absolutely feel how poor the management and training is. Very disappointing.

The prices may be cheaper here but this store treats all its customers like potential criminals. I got the third degree when I returned an item one day later still in the packaging with the receipt. I won’t be buying anything from them again that might have to be returned. Also, having a security guard on the door who relentlessly stares at people creates a very bad vibe. I did not enjoy my shopping experience at Woden Chemist Warehouse which was quite different to the many Chemist Warehouse stores I’ve shopped at around Australia which were friendly and welcoming.

I shop here regularly for cologne and every time I come Sadikshiya is such a great help. She is always so friendly and knows everything there is to know about colognes and perfumes and is always so accomodating and patient when deciding on smells.
