Customer service is really bad I asked to get my jewelry cleaned and was snubbed then the lady implied we only clean certain types of jewellery implying mine is fake never been so insulted. I asked if it was free and was given the dirtiest look and pretty much just walked off half way through our conversation never coming back so rude

Visited today (Christmas eve 2020) to pick out a necklace with my mother. Employee asked us as soon as we entered, how can I help you?" And we just said we're just having a look for now. Another employee asked us a minute later the same question and we replied the same answer

Worst experience in this store. The rudest store manager i’ve ever met. Very dry and unresponsive when i was trying to break the awkwardness in the room. Came back the next day to exchange and she was worse. Don’t recommend. Go buy from another store that values customer service and their customers.

I would never come back to this store. Worst customer service. I went in last week and no employees asked us if we needed help and I ended up walking out. I was only asked this time because I had to put my hand up for help. Whoever is the manager, needs to improve their customer service skills for all employees in that store.
