I have been coming here with my pets (with my family) since I was a child and constantly they have been exceptional and always a pleasure.Dr. Adrian has always done all he can for our pets and done a fantastic job. Cannot recommend enough!!Thank you for helping Marty, Brandy, Caramel, Bambi, and all the others ❤️ you helped them live a loooong happy life when they otherwise wouldn’t have lived long at all.(Brandy and Marty pictured)

My bird, Ringo gave me a huge fright today and seemed very sick, I was distraught. Went to the emergency vet and they couldn't help - so they recommended this place and I was so glad they did. They got us in to see a vet ASAP and handled Ringo with such care and kindness. Ringo is a stressy little thing and he seemed so calm at this vet. The receptionist and the vet were lovely. The vet gave us great information and was a wonderful help. People mention steep prices but the quality of service was worth the price. Exotic animal / Bird care isn't cheap! Thank you to everyone at Brisbane Bird Vet. You guys turned my awful day around. Ringo says thank you!

Clinic was highly recommended but comes with a reputation, dispite that I drive from the south side to the Northside as preference for my bird . My first few visits/interactions were amazing. Today I met the practice manager Jennifer - her reputation holds. I won't be returning due to the absolutely disgusting way I was treated. Thankfully another avian clinic was able assist my with my enquiry.As another veterinary professional it's shocking and embarrassing to be treated the way I was by another nurse, let alone one representing a business on reception and as a practice manager.

Highly recommend Brisbane bird vets. The vet who saw my galah cookie was absolutely wonderful. Due to my tight budget he gave me all the options to help me get the best care I could afford. I was able to get an appointment easily and the lady at reception was lovely. Great service I was given all the options on what may be needed, and fees and charges were clearly explained to help me do the best I can with what I could afford.

We drive a long way to bring our little cockatiel to BBV. It's worth it.Adrian & Brock and the whole team are knowledgeable, understanding, and compassionate. They always make every effort to ensure that their patients are cared for to the highest possible level - occasionally performing miracles!

I did a virtual consult with Dr Adrian from Cairns. Very knowledgeable and super happy with his recommendations. Feeling like the feather babies are in good hands under his guidance.

Never going back here, this month I took my lovebird and my brother took his green cheek conure here. When I walked in the receptionist was nice but the nurse who took our birds in to get their wings and nails clipped was extremely rude. I don’t remember her name but she had blonde hair. She wouldn’t let me or my brother go in with our birds during their procedures, even though the person who was waiting before us with her bird was able to go in the same room as them. Another thing is that she kept going on about how she won’t be only doing the nails and wings again and that the birds will require a full health check. Which I do understand but I could only afford the two procedures which was $60 per bird instead of paying $120 per bird for the full health check. But the way she kept going on about it was just extremely rude and unprofessional, trying to make me feel like I’m a bad bird owner was not it. When I rang on the phone to book it in the guy I was talking to said that it was fine to only do the wings and nails. Another thing is that I had to pay before I got to see my birds being finished with their procedures. I honestly think that’s just weird, I would like to see my birds to make sure the job was done good enough before paying… also the nurse kept saying how they would need the full health check to determine whether they need their wings cut or not… it’s not a health reason it’s a safety reason, they are just money hungry.
