Professional and friendly staff! New to the area at the time of car service. Palmer Ford was recommended to me by a local so thought I'd give them a go and so pleased I did. The mechanic who worked on my car was brilliant fixed a problem I'd had (knocking noise near front wheel) for ages. Definitely recommend Palmer Ford

Great service from Palmer Ford. On my travels my vehicle had broken down needing to be towed by NRMA. I rang Palmer Ford who ordered the parts in before I had even been met by the tow truck, stayed open till late to allow my vehicle to be parked off the street, and fitted the parts the next day.Great service, friendly attitude and more than fair pricing.Great country dealership.

Ordered a new intercooler was told not on the shelf but can order in , got a phone call next morning its arrived (WOW) true to there word !Very polite staff , good to see that the small country town business reputation is still around ! THANK YOU PALMER FORD

I experienced polite helpful people on face value, however I believe once the sale was finalized there was no care factor beyond that. I purchased a second hand vehicle and as part of the sale they promised to supply some spare parts. The parts never arrived.It was disappointing that I was lied to.

Wonderful staff, good range of cars to choose from.Wheelchair accessible and plenty of parking. Toilets are inside and clean. Offers servicing and mechanical repairs as well as fitting parts.
