Personally, I prefer this Coles store to the one in the industry area. It has more stocks to choose, clean and bright.

Used self serve today need assistance with a product. So pressed call button no one came to assist even with 3 staff standing near by. So l had to leave my shopping to go and check the product and go back. Then machine would not allow me to put payment thru so l had to walk up to the young guy working in the area and ask him to come and help me.Not good enough when you have a elderly population in the area where your store is.If you don't get staff who care about their job you will loss customers if you have not all ready. The opposition provides better service

As always, with Coles, a great shopping experience made better by using the Coles App and setting it to the store as this is not my usual Coles that I go to.

Attended around 9 am with my parents, who are in their 80’s, for for their weekly shop. Not one single assisted check out… not one! One staff member assisting on the quick checkout and one on the larger self checkouts. Counted 9 people over the age of 70 all struggling with the self checkouts including one person who put their two items back and left without shopping. It’s sad that the people who make these decisions do not cater for seniors and deny them independence… evidently poor market research has been done in this case as apparently there would be someone on the checkout after 10… but the average age of customers at 9am was pretty close to 80!Not good enough!

They got rid of all the counters to allow for self serve. Woolworths opposite is much nicer anyhow

It's a supermarket. Prices are cheaper here than in the country on almost everything, apart from gluten-free etc. Not many staff around, but was well stocked. Can also find more products (speciality ones) which is nice.
