Got locked in a car park as the Boom Gate was open when I entered (not uncommon for particular carpark). No cars entered before me.Security guard was rude,accused me of lying that I had to of followed someone in (even though when the gate is working properly you would damage your vehicle if attempting to do this) or I've lost my ticket advised he's the one controlling the gate, he's always watching the camera's and checked the footage" should he of done so he would of seen the gate well and truly open and me being able to drive in.Wonders why I was unhappy when he came out accusing me of lying
