Rhythmboat Cruises

Trying to make contact with this company regarding cruise 24th May 2020 Left numerous messages and emails as tickets were paid in full months ago We would like a full refund as your time frame is not suitable to our schedule We have been trying for months to make contact with these people via landline and emails Their phone is constantly engaged 24/7 You have responded twice to my review with the same excuses I am surprised my calls and emails have fallen through the cracks as I have attempted approximately 50 times with emails and messages I do not want my money held in credit . A full refund is what I am asking for If you are not willing to refund 100% you will leave me no alternative but to take this matter further

I've been on many show cruises on the harbour...As soon as the boat arrived I could immediately tell I would be in for a very disappointing night, unfortunately I did not have a choice on what boat cruise to pick due to this being a group event, though if I did, I definitely would not pick this boat. This cruise was the worst I've ever been on. The food was terrible, Entertainment was boring, very dissapointed about how the staff handle crowd interaction segments of their show. This killed the entire Vivid experience for my family and I.

What a FANTASTIC Night, we booked the Rhythmboat for our Vivid cruise what a night we had. From the time we boarded the boat to the time we left. Staff were great, everybody raved about the food, Elvis was great. We danced, laughed and sang through the night, all our need were catered for. We will definitely be booking the Rhythmboat again. Our booking was for 114 people, I can't speak highly enough about the staff, from my first phone call, I felt welcome from the start.

I have been on the Rythmboat for a few cruises, they never disappoint! The food is amazing, the staff are always friendly and go out of their way to help everyone, and the entertainment is great!The ABBA tribute show is a must! Having been on a few of them, we decided to book the whole boat and show out for our mums 50th. Everyone dressed up 70s style and it was a hilarious night. She had the most amazing time, the crew let us jump onboard early to set up some decorations and the band had everyone dancing late into the night.I highly recommend going to one of these cruises, or booking the boat out privately. Nothing is better than an evening cruising around Sydney Harbour in great company and a drink in hand. Always a good time!

Had a blast on the Vivid Sydney Cruise. The food was delicious, all staff were really friendly and hilarious, and the music was fun and entertaining. Will definitely be doing this again next year. Thanks for a great night.

Had our work Christmas party on ABBA boat. It was an awesome new night and the entertainment was great funFood is good, don’t expect a 5 star meal but it is good to eatAlcohol has reasonable prices

I am very disappointed with rhythmboat cruises. I was just notified via email today that my cruise for tomorrow has been cancelled. Now I am trying to contact them and I'm not getting any response, In my opinion this is highly unprofessional. I have made so many arrangements and have just been left disappointed.

The Vivid Sydney is an annual event with the entire city going agog with colourful lights and laser shows creating a carnival like atmosphere which attracts milling crowds, both locals as well as tourists from all parts of world. It has a unique charm of it's own aura which surrounds the senses of the spectators beyond words, sheer magic.

My second Rythymboat Abba cruise in 2 months...This time to celebrate my mothers 84th birthday. Another great time we all had...danced our shoes off to the Abba songs, the staff(Band members, MC and Owners) were EXCELLENT, they went out of their way to make Mums birthday a memorable one...Great value, really fun afternoon
