Customer service is far from dead! Cannot recommend this place enough. First visit we went and spent over an hour looking at prams and car seats with Costa taking us through a huge range. Fantastic knowledge - far beyond the large retail competitor (whom my wife and I also visited several times). We felt absolutely no pressure to buy after first visit and subsequently returned to buy a pram and then later a car seat. There was going to be a delay with the car seat coming from the supplier, Costa was transparent with this and went above and beyond by offering a complimentary Capsule hire until stock arrived. Luckily car seat came in earlier than expected and has been expertly fitted by Costa himself. Costa is genuine, has outstanding knowledge of his products and doesn’t give you that “slick/pushy sales pitch.”

Blown away by the willingness to assist and the knowledge of products. Assisted me after hours, on a public holiday, when the store was officially closed, to fit a car seat for our early, un expected arrival. Refused to take anything other than their usual, extremely reasonable fitting fee. No hesitation in giving them my recommendation.

Excellent service & great product range that they could help narrow what suited my needs best. Friendly knowledgeable staff. Great availability for car fittings, with the extra extension products required for optimum safety available for your car & car seat (eg. specific clip) - that makes it a hassle-free experience. That was what I was needing with 2 young children & a busy schedule. Definitely worth supporting local for anything you need.

It’s so refreshing to walk into a store where you receive excellent customer service! Costa is fantastic to deal with and his knowledge base is exceptional. Not only that but they price match, even when I was at the counter about to pay he was looking online and seeing if there was a better price, there was and he matched it. It’s just so nice to feel like a valued customer every single time I walk in the door. Costa listens to your needs and then can recommend products that will suit. Just love this store and the team there!

Had our capsule fitted today and was excellent in explaining to me and my wife and helping us sort everything correctly. Lovely to deal with customer service, and prices are generally better than Baby Bunting. Will be back for the rest of our baby related stuff!

Exceptional car seat installation! So nice to drive away knowing your kids are safe in their car seats. Costa is meticulous in the way he installs the car seats and suggests the best seat for your car, child and family.

If ever there was a retail business, set as a benchmark, for ‘Exceptional Customer Service’ - this would be it!! The knowledge of products, the owner/manager/assistants have, is outstanding!! They don’t bother, or pester for sales; however, are very obliging with any help or information, if you so require. The quality of their products is high, right across the board; offering great items, at all price points. Through all of the people that enter their doors, they endeavour to try and remember as many as they can; always offering a personalised service.Rather than a giant store, that is another add-on, to a huge chain of shops; Helen’s cuts out all of the repetitive unneeded items, and poor variations of things- that really, aren’t worth looking at. They also don’t rely on discount sales, because their everyday prices, are BETTER than any of the of the big chain markdowns!I only have the one child, but I am always so impressed when I visit this shop! Having been raised in a business, and been a business owner of several years, myself; I think Helen’s is a standout in the retail sector! I can honestly, and confidently say - I wouldn’t go anywhere else!!

Matches the price of Baby Bunting. The man that works here is super helpful and really kind. He turned my day around after having a stressful time trying to hire a breast pump elsewhere. I'm supporting this local business from now on.

Costa is what makes this place a great place to shop!!
