I can't recommend Alwin and his team enough.Not only did he save me and my company a lot of money but gave me a better solution. I can highly recommend Unified Net. When we installed our PABX system, we had a number of difficulties associated with our internet connection and incompatibility with the new phone system. They visited on site a number of times and worked tirelessly to fix the problem, eventually swapping the hardware for a more suitable product. I also note that we are situated in a fairly remote area and this did not deter them from giving a good service.

Over the years we've had over a dozen Telstra techs come out to fix our internet which was slow and kept dropping out to due to corroded pits in the area. All of them either did a plastic bag fix at the pit or advised nothing could be done and left.UnifiedNet came out and tested everything. Our internet is now faster than ever and I don't even remember when the last time we've had a drop. Thanks!
