Customer service at its best. We had to change installation dates, When i rang carpet logistic the admin staff were so accommodating, rescheduling the job to suit my needs. The carpet layers turned up within the scheduled time frame and did an amazing job laying the carpet, cleaning up after themselves. My carpet looks amazing.I would highly recommend Carpet Logistics.Great job, thank you.Terry

Lovely company and a very high level of work. We had issues with the carpet that the team was laying (not the workmanship!) and they resolved it quickly and easily with the manufacturer. The guy laying the carpet was lovely and respectful. The carpet was laid beautifully as well! Would recommend.

One of the most stressful experiences in my long life. The carpet layer was extremely threatening and a bully. He left the job unfinished after l expressed my dissatisfaction to Carpet Logistics. Another carpet layer did finish the job later that day but I cannot recommend this company.

THE INSTALLERS PROVIDED BY CARPET LOGISTICS WERE ROUGH AS GUTS. GOUGED THE PAINT OF EVERY SKIRTING BOARD AND LEFT MARKS ALL OVER THE WALLS. WE SPENT $1000 ON REPAINTING. VISIBLE CARPET SEAMS AREN'T A GOOD LOOK EITHER. AVOID THIS COMPANY, THEY HAVE LITTLE OR NO CONCERN FOR THE QUALITY OF THEIR WORK AND NO RESPECT FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS.
