Excellent Dojo, it’s a family oriented place! I recently started doing the Muay Thai classes Monday and Wednesday evenings! The instructors are excellent, put you thru a great workout and you can even hit the sauna after the session ! Excellent value for money and a great friendly atmosphere! Highly recommend anyone interested for themselves ( I’m 63) or their kids it’s the best and local!
