Great vibe. Lake views. Love the coffee, some healthy light snacks available for morning afternoon tea - not a lunch menu. Takeaway avail. Friendly staff. Beautifully crafted homewares. Handmade selection of cards. Fresh flowers usually available. Main Seating is stools at window seating looking across road to the lake & main large rustic communal table. Small Amt of outdoor seating is only suitable on a good day.

Quaint, good food but not a huge variety of hot food. Nice local cafe atmosphere with both indoor and outdoor seating. Some arty products including books to be browsed if you're in the shopping mood. Nice friendly staff. Kitchen for hot food closes at 2.20pm and earlier on public holidays. Good view of the lake from the outdoor seating .

Excellent cafe on the shores of Lake Macquarie at Belmont. Great coffee, delicious caramel donut and exceptionally friendly and courteous staff. A must to visit!

Atmosphere would be great if it wasn't for the attitude of the staff.Has an earthy" vibe but uses disposable cups and plates!?!"

Nice sandwiches and the coffee isn’t too bad, it’s a shame that coffee order was mixed up and ice chocolate order was wrong as well.Ice chocolate was fixed up and were fairly polite about it.

Staff were rude! Our hot drinks were made ahead of our food and left on the counter to go cold while they burnt the food. The image provided only shows one side of the burnt croissant, it was black on the bottom an basically inedible.

Stopped to grab some breakfast on the road - was not disappointed - try the pumpkin toastie!! Coffee was great too :)

I was only driving through the area but was lucky enough to come across this place. The ham and cheese toastie was divine !! And the pastry with lemon curd I had later was above exceptional.

Service was good , I ordered two smoked salmon bagels and the wife got a coffee and we ate and drunk opposite right on the lake. The food and drink was excellent and we'd go back for more another day. Good place for a coffee and feed in the Belmont area.
