Big store, lots of stock, lots of sales, friendly staff.I was greeted a few times by friendly staff. I was offered assistance. They were polite and welcoming.Good setup. The furniture section and then the electronics. I can’t decide which I like better. I love trying out the couches. I love all to cool appliances too.I always thought of HN as the more expensive one but maybe I should price compare. All the sales looked pretty good.

Nice gaming desks available.The racetec ones are strong and good.Been using them for a year and feels so comfortable even after sitting continuously for a few hours. The gamings chair made of cloth one is good that the others.

Huge huge store and amazing staff! We’ve been looked after by great people today. Sam was lovely and showed us the bed range. Tran (the man!) who’s got lots of positive energy showed us some appliances. Both Tran and Sam were knowledgeable of the products they were selling and went the extra mile to personalize our experience.

I am totally appalled with the disgraceful n deceitful service rendered to me at this store. Harvey Norman is one of the trusted brand which is meant to be a leader in customer service. My experience was absolute opposite of this.We bought a dining table and specifically asked the sales agent if it can comfortably fit in/slide in 8 seats. He advised the appropriate size we should go for and we blindly trusted his advice.To our sheer display and surprise the table was meant for 6 chairs and not 8. Since we had removed the table from the package we requested the manager to replace it for the 8 seate, where we are happy to pay a gap payment for a new table. I was absolutely aghasted with the way he spoke to us. He was outright rude, arrogant and demeaning. It rubbed salt on our wounds with his rude behaviour.I would recommend everyone to be extremely careful of what sales people suggest in store. They are not trained enough to advise people on the products that suit their needs. The above feedback is based on my personal experience. I would love to discuss with a senior management person if they do care about client and their feedback.I am disappointed to see that no one cares in the management.They promised to call me back and never got back to me regarding this issue.... so unprofessional and unethical.... I would never recommend Hoppers Crossing branch to anyone.

this Harvey Norman is located at old Gellong road Hoppers crossingwent there to pick up my online order from electronics departmentI was informed by sms by the Harvey Norman Management that my order is ready to be picked up thought it was Samsung S22+ very much high in demand but I got it as soon because of the lovely staff at Harvey Normanthis outlet is much bigger and has got everything from furniture to electronics and what notheaps of FREE parking available outside.staff is helpful and makes your shopping very easy

My experience with click and collect has led me to 1 star. After clicking ‘I will collect in store’ for my order and struggling to find the click and collect signage, I finally find the click and collect desk. Oh, no that’s the wrong one I’ve got to go to another desk on the other side of the store, no click and collect signage. Staff at this desk are helpful but tell me the order is part of the warehouse I’ll have to drive around the back to get it. But, I’ve clicked collect in store. (It’s an air fryer). After being followed out because they didn’t give me papers, I’ve got one of the staff/manager on the phone telling me someone can go out the back and get it because I’m already in the store, at the exact same time a staff member in person is telling me the same thing. All over the place. The gentleman who went to the warehouse was helpful. Once he comes back out of the warehouse, a warehouse staff member goes to grab the item to take to the car, out the back! Seriously why would you have in store click and collect as an option? I’m not a Harvey Norman shopper, I don’t like the place much and won’t be going back. (Was spending a gift voucher)

Staff here that we dealt with are really welcoming and always wants to get the customer onboard.Furniture: Eran was great to deal with, he gave us the best deal possible and he always servers his customer with a smile.TV: Mark was simply amazing and listened to what I had to say in terms of price and features, got me a best possible deal out there and was willing to help with anything in electronics aswell.Overall we want to go back to Harvey for the amazing customer service.

Dave Morassi, the store manager is a gem, the most kind, patient and extremely positive man. The customer service from this man is so honest, and we as a family trust only this guy for any purchase.
