Forever In My Heart Pet Loss Counselling
Although Renee seemed nice enough in the one session I had with her, I found she talked through most of the session, I found it very hard to get in a word in or even talk about my heartbreaking grief i was experiencing. We had made another zoom appointment which she cancelled and told me to ring her in a few weeks if I needed another appointment. Personally I would have appreciated Renee either ringing me back when she was ready to arrange another appointment OR simply make another appointment with me on the day she cancelled. This left me feeling like my grief was not important for her to bother about nor that she was interested in continuing. Im writing this review only to better a service that is more or less extremely limited. Losing my dog at 6yo was not only sudden and unimaginable but such an unbearable loss to me in which I sort all types of support to help me in my grief. In the end I had to rely on myself. In response - you never offered me money back and nor did I expect that. I think your reply is a defence response to constructive feedback. A sorry I recognised how you feel would have been better than, defending your actions. I spoke about my feelings"
