As a new parent with our little one developing a cold and becoming sniffly, we decided after consulting Dr Google that we needed some nasal saline drops.At 9:30 at night there are not many places that are open, so we are grateful with a 10pm close time .The pharmacy is quite small ,though it had what we needed. The assistant was very helpful and knowledgable.This pharmacy is attached to a medical centre, which is also open till 10 pm. Handy to know.If price is important they were slightly higher than the big box" warehouse. I am happy to pay a little more for the service and convenience of the later close time"

Avoid if you value friendly, honest service. Asian female pharmacist is racist and treated me extremely poorly. She had the audacity to shout out my private medical details to the whole chemist so other customers could hear. She is a complete waste of oxygen and is a disgrace. She needs to be fired and should go work in hospitality to learn how to speak to people. I wonder how many clients they have lost just because of her? One customer followed me to my car to say how upset they were for me and that she was a bully. Avoid!

Rang Nova to find a rare antibiotic and they were incredibly helpful. Not only were they able to make it for me, they also arranged to have it sent to a pharmacy not far from where I live. The process could not have been easier and the staff could not have been better.

Rude, can't do the very basics of the job and painfully having to deal with a skinny young Chinese boy in an ill-fitting white art smock and a Napoleon complex - is why you should stay away. Watching too many Bruce Lee films and goading customers from behind Perspex can't be good for business. Classic keyboard warrior - in a Chemist.Caveat Emptor.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff, a compounding pharmacy available as well as the standard pharmacy. Open until 10:00pm most days, and open on public holidays too.
