I received a quote from Zen Property Maintenance for a softwash to clean our roof, solar panels and a path along the side of our house. The service was prompt, professional and staff friendly and courteous. When it became obvious that the state of the roof was worse than anticipated, Rick kept me informed and upgraded the clean to a high pressure wash.The result is excellent and the photo shows how effective the roof clean has been.I highly recommend Zen Property Maintenance.

Scott did a fantastic job cleaning our roof - far surpassed our expectations. Our cream roof was basically black (with mould/dirt) to start with and looked brand new after he had finished.
