Some of the cheapest meat in Hobart. Good value for money, and a good range. The staff in store are friendly, even though they seem to be very busy.However communication is not their strong suit: more often than not, if you ring, it goes unanswered. Also, ordering through the website you may never hear back, and the store people never receive the order.

A few days ago I placed an order for a whole lamb, some bones, a brisket, offal and chicken frames. We were kindly informed the morning of pickup that multiple items weren't able to be located for us. We ended up with just the lamb and the brisket, but the owner discounted us on the brisket, and threw in 3kgs of bones for free.The guy who served us was very nice, and overall, despite not getting everything we ordered, we are really happy with how the purchase went. I'd definitely recommend this place to others, looking forward to trying the goat.Cheers!

Absolutely the best butcher in Tasmania. Great selection of beef, lamb, goat, buffalo, chicken etc. Great customer service and also great value for money. These guys are simply the best. Most honest butcher and reliable.

Really disappointed. I always shop here but the meat i got today was totally unacceptable. I asked for skinon goat meat however ended up getting all the fat offcuts.If you didnt have enough meat you should have told us and we could have got something else.

Very nice owner, gave us free snacks just because I said he has a nice smile. Very affordable price, fresh and quality products, quick and polite service. Very good place to buy pet mince, offal meats for our fur babies as well.

Most honest butcher in the state. Doesn't use any preservative and hormone! Their meat taste so good and nothing like the supermarkets. These guys have also been harassed many times since they have a diverse team. But they deserve appreciation for putting such good meat to Tasmanians table! I wish them the very best and everyone should give them a try! They never disappointed me with their product! Much love and respect for these guys running such a genuine business.
