Saved me a fortune fixing my Samsung screen!

This store has ruined our iPad. We paid $150 to replace the iPad screen and it wasn't fitted properly- the screen was coming apart at the side and the screen was too high so that the button now can't be pressed in anymore (the button worked perfectly fine before we took it in to be fixed despite the owners response below) The button couldn't be used anymore once he replaced the screen. We took it back and he glued the corner back on which wasn't the solution we wanted. After some negotiations he agreed to fix for free and replace the screen which to his credit he did but the button still doesn't work as the screen is too high and you can't easily press the button in. This morning my son cracked the screen just playing a game on it! The owner says it was dropped but it was absolutely not dropped as I was sitting next to him when he was playing it. The screens he uses are terrible quality and he doesn't seem to install them properly. I wouldn't recommend based on our experience as we are out $150 and our iPad is in worse condition then before we took it in.

Both my partner and I took in our phones to have the screen repaired. We had to take the phone both back multiple times. 4 times to be exact in 1 week. Unfortunately despite the fact that they offer 3 months free repair, we felt that they didn't know what they where doing and we decided it was best for us to take it to another company for repair. The company refused to give us a refund and advised that the poor screen they supplied where due to their manufacture creating faulty screens. They told us to keep coming back and they would keep swapping it over for 3 months, the issue with this is that after 4 times going back and waiting 1 hour each time, we didn't believe they had the skills to fix it. The owner and only employee even told us that he was actually a graphic designer and didn't seem to know what he was doing. Despite this and going back over 4 times and never having a working phone from them they would still not refund us. The screens are not made for apple phones, communication is poor and there is a massive language barrier, they also broke my battery during the process, formerly they refunded me for this.Still waiting for a refund for a phone we cant use.
