I have needed to use this company twice in the past 12 months and have found them to be professional, polite and prompt ( which is very important when you are a lady stuck on the side of the road). I would hesitate in using their services again and would definitely recommend them to others!

Very reckless driving. The driver of one of their trucks (rego: 7613TT) overtook me in an 80km/h zone (they were doing at least 110km/h) on Putty Rd, East Kurrajong. They were also flying through the bends on the way up to Colo/Colo Heights and constantly crossed double white lines. Wouldn't trust these guys to tow the broken down 2002 Astra in my driveway.

If you want a reliable tow then this is not the company. Couldnt deliver from richmond - penrith by 11.30am as agreed the night before when I paid. They choose to do other jobs instead and delivered mine at 2.30pm as I already paid. No customer service, and watch out for all the traffic between richmond and penrith, over 4hrs apparently. This experience was a joke

Just had my car picked up by Hawkesbury City Towing via NRMA roadside assistance and I have to commend Greg Maher for going above and beyond taking care of my car and helping me put it back into my garage, to await my repairer. He is a credit to HCT and should be commended for his excellent service and attention to customer satisfaction. Fantastic work from a fantastic company. Thank you so much Greg and Hawkesbury City Towing. If you ever need their services, do not hestistate to give them a call. A+++ Service and care for your car.
