This store is an absolute joke to collect parcels from. Tried 3 times to every excuse under sun and still couldn't collect my parcel. Now there sitting taking space until I receive a full refund. Never again.

The staff at the entry is rude like I owe him 1 million dollars to make him work here.When I asked him where the product was, he pretended not hear me saying and asked me to leave.Dont be bothered to visit here whenever you feel good

Easy to get around and they also have some very interesting Christmas displays that I had to take a photo of. Makes them stand apart from other stores.

A big store with lots of range in products, a little bit tricky to locate things inside the store due to lack of signage but that’s not a huge problem. The staff were very friendly and helpful at self checkout and the entrance. Average prices for their products.

Normally have no issues with Kmart. Placed a click and collect late last night around 10pm.Get a refund email for half my items even though i checked they were listed as green before adding to cart. Go to collect my order today and the items that were refunded were on the shelf.Why click and collect to avoid coming in with kids if i end up having to do the shopping anyway? Come on Kmart.

3 hours waiting for someone to answer the phone. I’m amazed that not only does the Wendouree store not only have a poor customer service record, they have a worse record of answering calls. BigW just made some cash

Will never shop at a kmart again. Not only is it stupid how they have the register in the middle of the store but now they have so many signs and rubbish hanging from the roof you can't see anything.The layout looks like it was done by a 5yo as there is no logic to the layout and its just random.Went to buy some lego and they just have empty boxes on the shelf! Obviously don't want to sell anything if they do that.From now on I will be sticking with Big w. Must better layout and easier to shop at.
