Staff, especially the younger members, are lacking in store knowledge and really aren't interested in providing good customer service. Not pleasant or helpful at all.

Went to Palmerston Bunnings (NT) today and asked 2 staff members about wood and getting it cut from them, in which they answered my question but did not offer any assistance or guidance as they were too busy chatting to each other. Then I asked another Bunnings worker in a different aisle and he was super helpful, answered all my questions, guided me on what to buy and assisted in cutting the wood. It was a pleasure dealing with him after the no help from previous workers therefore I would like to acknowledge his efforts and his name was Sabin, so thank you Sabin for your help today!

In general, it’s good. But when comes to assistance, the staff has no idea. Also most of the staff have no idea about the new app which stores digital receipts by scanning QR code, it also links to Flybuys. I got constant questions about that, while I don’t mind educating them but the cashier team should know about it. The one time it doesn’t work because their register in Palmerston doesn’t recognize it, they just claimed my QR code was wrong. Darwin store always works, I don’t know what’s wrong with your register, better educate the staff instead of accusing customer.

What a change,since we were here 4 years ago,under new management the caravan park is a jewl in Litchfild Nat Park. Was an enjoyable 3 day stay..

Must be one of the biggest Bunnings I have been to. Massive under cover parking. Over 70 aisles of goodies plus big nursery on one end and bigger Trade section at the other end. Must 150 meters from end to end! (Coffee shop too. Yum)
