30 minutes to answer the phone.Incompetent staff manning the phone, with generic knowledge hence useless.Like most, we don't have a choice but to stay with the only provider.They know this, therefore mediocre service.For those of us working from home, 4 days of cutoff notice is poor planning and poor customer service.
