I had a favourite coat with a hole in the armpit. I took it to these guys thinking not much was possible. They’ve done an amazing job fixing it for a reasonable price. Highly recommended.

I've been here over 3 times, twice for a suit and once for a hoodie. Each time, they've done brilliant work, at an incredible price and super quickly too. It's run by a sweet old asian couple, who are super friendly. I've never seen them without a smile before.For my suits, it was a 2 minute encounter, start to finish. Walk in, put it on, stand on the fitting block and then they put pins through the fabric to mark where to make modifications.For my hoodie experience, it was much more personal and in my opinion, far more impressive. My girlfriend lost her old hoodie from a concert, which had sentimental value. It was size M. For Christmas, I found someone selling the same hoodie but in XL. I brought it to Magic Taylor and they sized it up on me, then finished modifying it the very next day.When my girlfriend compared it to her friend's concert hoodie (size M) they were exactly the same. Sleeve lengths, hoodie width, everything. They managed to change the hoodie exactly to size M without a reference. It was incredible, and they've earned my business for life.I used to live in Kew when I first came here to get alterations, but now even from Malvern East, I will drive the distance to get alterations done.

Great service and price. Would recommend for all types of tailoring from taking the pants in to tailoring off the rack suits.

I've been taking my clothes there for a few years now for the whole family. Only had great experiences. Amazing job on jeans,dresses and expensive jumpers and shorts at a great price and speedy turn around. Most of the people I work with now get their clothes fixed there too.

I wanted the sleeves on my shirt taken in but when i picked my shirt up there were NO sleevesNo apologies nothing, do not use this terrible alterations shop unless you dont want to wear your clothes again

I have used Magic Tailor for many many years and I highly recommend them. Every alteration is perfect and they always know how to refit and alter garments.

I always get my repairs done at the Magic Tailor. They have taken up pants, repaired clothes, and advised me not to repair an item when it is not worth repairing. Their pricing is very reasonable, they do an excellent job and I highly recommend them!!

Knowledgeable staff helped me out where others couldn't. I didn't even know what a keyhole buttonhole was, but the staff here informed me that this was what my clothes needed. Though they didn't have the required machine for the work, now I can actually call other places and see who can do it.

I took my ‘mother of the groom’ dress to have it shortened. My mistake, I didn’t retry it on after the alteration. I trusted them as I’d been there many times prior.The morning of the wedding and I tried it on, it hadn’t been shortened and dragged on the ground the entire event. More frustrating than that when I took it back to let them know how disappointed I was I didn’t even get an apology. Just shear arrogance ‘we will fix it now’ No refund, no compensation for my dress being damaged. Please don’t trust your clothes to ‘magic alterations’ there is NOTHING magical about them
