Ridiculously expensive. $45 for old sandals, just because they are Zara? $70 dresses? You can get them cheaper on sale or clearance in stores.

Gone down hill. This place is all about money now, way over priced.Should be disgusted with yourself.Old shoes mens, $35,, old man's dress shoes about 60's $25 target board shorts $20 in target $15 time to wake up .

The most expensive op shop I have ever encountered! They don’t seem to realise that if prices are reasonable you may buy lots, but when everything is so overpriced, you just walk out disgusted!

Way overpriced Op Shop. I'm actually shocked at their pricing. You can buy the exact same Kmart items here for the same price as shopping in Kmart! Wanted to buy a set of bowls but instead of $3 for the set they were $3 each.What are you trying to do? Lose all your customers and go out of business. I'll shop elsewhere.

I came in to add to my DVDs and CDs.I found a good selection of audio books and box set DVDs.Price of 3 audio books and 3 seasons of MASH was $18.

I am visiting Mackay for a few days and wanted to have a look what's in the local op shops, this is the most socially disappointing op shop I've ever been in. Volunteers were not friendly if you don't want to do it don't volunteer.

FYI - They don't take donations here! Donations are accepted in a different location between 9 and 3. Was very disappointed after coming all the way from Walkerston to drop some things off at 4pm.Apparently it says it on the website but i couldn't get the website to work to even find the Mackay store information.

The manager was abusive to me over 3 pieces of clothing because she explained they were supposedly too under staffed to put a price tag Infront of my children. Distressing my child threatening to kick me outTook toys off my child if there was no price on them talking agressively and some of the workers are very rude. There's only two nice people there manager barred me from store because she kept harassing me at the store for no reason threatening to kick me out constantly. I wouldn't tolerate her abusive behaviour told me I wasn't welcome Infront of my child putting me down verbally . I wouldn't recommend shopping at this store.

Too expensive. Costs less to go to KMart and buy new. Staff are always friendly. Store is set out fairly well.

I used to love shopping at the Mackay store but today I was very disappointed, seems like you are trying to recoup the expenses of your renovations from the customers. Your prices are way over the top and too expensive now. Today I walked out not buying any thing, which in the past would never have happened. Looks like I will be doing my shopping at K Mart from now on, you are going to lose a lot of customers.
