Australian Leak Detection
I paid $275 to find a leak that has been causing my pump to trigger repeatedly. This company supposedly found a very small leak. I got my plumber to liaise with them, because he could not see the leak. However, he then replaced the pipe that was supposedly the problem, but the problem has persisted, with no change whatsoever. I've gotten back to Australian Leak Detection and their answer was to say that they can only identify one leak at a time, and that another one must have developed. They now want another $275 to check again. BE VERY WARY!!!

I would highly recommend the Mountain Creek branch of Aust Leak Detection. We were referred by a local pool renovator who was very satisfied with their ability to find the problem. We had been trying for months to find a company and the 4th company we tried.They were prompt for their first call and then had the perseverance and skill to finally find the 2 places that were causing the leak. They came back 4 times to isolate the problem and eventually were able to detect 2 issues. Always friendly and professional.

A water leak is a great concern as you have no idea of the location or the potential cost. Australian Leak Detection were quick to attend and Jared did an excellent job. He was friendly and courteous and managed to locate the exact source of the leak. I was very impressed with the service and do not hesitate to recommend Jared and Australian Leak Detection.

Highly recommend Australian Leak Detection - highly professional, friendly and helpful service from my first call to the office to Trudi for advice about my Mums leaking pool/spa and the excellent service that Reece provided when he attended Mums property at Ningi today. Mum was so pleased not only that he was able to fix the problem today but also with his professionalism, the way he explained everything and the cost. So nice to receive awesome service and value for money - great work team !!!

I have used ALD twice now and I am so impressed. They persisted and found the leaks each time no matter how long it took. The accuracy was almost spot on. Always within 30cm or so. Once repairs began and the concrete cut, They had no hesitations in coming back out to pin point with absolute accuracy where to keep digging. Excellent company and recommend. Thanks Jared!

We had Jared from Australian Leak Detection come out and help us identify a suspected leak in a pipe under a newly built pool a few months ago (which he accurately located and found, even though the pool builder had repeatedly told us there was no leak). The service was professional and high quality, and we found them extremely helpful. Would definitely recommend and use again.
