Amazing team at this store. Was able to sort out a refund due to a system error so quickly and easy! Cam and Fiona at the front desk do such an amazing job! Keep up the good work guys!!

Beware of the old female staff called “KIM” who works in the morning at self check out stand. She’s extremely aggressive, irritable and rude.Should not be working in customer service sector.

Fabulous customer service...shop is always well stocked and clean..staff always friendly and eager to help. The young manager at the sevice desk handled my complaint beautifully!! Didn't flinch when I told him of my complaint about a certain foodstuff....just listened patiently and offered me a refund immediately!! Fantastic!!!Customer service is the key to real success!!

Woolworths Oran Park
Huge new store with a wide range and plenty of stock. A dedicated wall at the back of the store for foreign favourites from the U.K., New Zealand, Soth Africa and others with large areas to display special occasional stock, a large freezer section and a fairly impressive meat section with a good variety on offer. Was a bit disappointed they don't stock Coke Life though.

Staff are very friendly. They will make sure that they are prioritising helping you if you cannot find items and also checkout counters will be opened if there is a large cart.Store is clean and organised well.I would recommend shopping here due to friendly and professional staff

Not the best woolie experience but almost has everything that you need. Checkouts are often slow because self checkout machines often fails to get the job done.
