You will not meet a better, more knowledgeable or professional property sales agent than David Servi. Trust is not often a word I think of when speaking about property sales - but I would trust David with a (big) bag of cash and a plane ticket. Our investment property needed a makeover before sale which would have been difficult for us as we don't live in Sydney. David did all the groundwork for us using his contacts, tradies etc but all billing us directly. If you let him he will guide you to realise the very best price you could ever hope to get. The time and effort he put in with our apartment was amazing. We got a price that was higher than our expectation and the higher side of what David Servi said he hoped for. We did all of this in lockdown including an online auction and his team managed it all brilliantly. His knowledge of the Surry Hills and surrounding area is brilliant having been built over some 40 years working in the area and that is invaluable. David also has a wicked sense of humour and a great person to chat with, probably about anything! The human touch and personal service is alive and well at Spencer & Servi. Thanks Meredith. The team at Spencer and Servi have been great. As long term renters (> 5 years) they have been great to deal with. All staff including Melanie as our current property manager and staff at reception have been fair to deal with and responsive to any issues that need to be addressed. From application, to renewal, to final inspection and timely full bond return they have been a great real estate agent to deal with. They have always been compassionate and allowed our pets to be treated like members of the family.

Purposefully listed a rental at a lower price then raised it once applications came in. Don't reply to emails or time sensative obligations they agreed to. Classic unethical real estate agents

Culture comes from the top. It’s easy to see why the team are rotten. It’s from the core. When first moved in was bribed to give a good review. So glad I waited. Worst and most costly experience of my life. Was threatened when I said I’d be giving an honest review then told it wouldn’t make a different. If you lease with them they will cost you thousands. Please look elsewhere. You can tell the fake good reviews. You should be shamed.

I couldn't be happier with the service and professionalism from David, Melanie and the team at Spencer and Servi. I can trust them completely and not have to worry , second guess or chase up anything. After a short hiatus with other agents its an absolute pleasure and comfort doing business with Spencer and Servi again. I look forward to a long association with S&S .

If I could do zero stars I would.Don’t rent from here especially if the property manager is Andres Zapata! We had rented a place for few years from here and all I can say is that they were useless.My roommate and I were co leasing the place and yet he would only email my roommate for when housing inspections would be occurring and any other related queries. Which was a continuous problem as my roommate wasn’t always In the country.When we asked at the start of the lease for fly screens and new curtains, they promised to get it sorted and never did.Andres is always also conveniently away when you request for any thing from him. I requested for rental ledger and after a week waiting, I had to call the receptionist who told us he was away, provided his number and told me to text him.Also at the end of of our lease we request over a week in advance for house inspection on set dates as we could only get that time off from work and wanted to tidy up anything we may of missed on the spot. We called the receptionist numerous times who promised to get Andres to get back to us. We told Jack who was putting the place up for rental inspections (which one we were only told a day prior and also I was not cc’d into the email even though again I was on the lease) who also said would follow up with Andres. When we contacted them all again on the days we asked he was off work again. We even asked if someone else can look at the place and no response.When he did the rental inspection by himself a week after the end of lease. He pointed out grout that he believed was still dirty even though three people inclusive of professional cleaners that they recommended, a small smug the cleaners missed (this could of been fixed on days we requested) and the stove vents which were washed by the cleaners and dishwasher. Which was over 100.00 invoice. Cause he advised option of professional cleaners or cleaning it ourselves even though we had already handed the keys in on the 1 day prior to the end of lease day and had emailed him advising of this also.So he was fully aware we couldn’t get back in the house.Lastly it took them a over fortnight to sort out getting our bond back.All in all this real estate is extremely unprofessional and unhelpful.Note this is only a fragment of the troubles we had with this real estate.Plus the advertisement originally for the place was misleading (which they are currently using) it’s not a three bedrooms it’s two bedrooms and a very small study at most. Plus the car parking is really just one car park stretched out. You’ll be double parking and mostly like won’t fit two cars.

I had a mediocre experience with this real estate until Luke became my property manager. He’s great.
