Nutritionist Georgia

Georgia is the most knowledgeable and down-to-earth nutritionist in the Illawarra! She logically balances “real life indulges” and nutrition/ health goals making her programs perfectly suited for busy and social people - especially women like myself. Georgia understand the broader picture and makes sure that the best nutrition plan is one that fits your lifestyle.Her recipes are not only delicious and nutritious but ever so simple and easy to make! All meals and snacks are perfectly balanced to keep your body fuelled.Georgia is incredibly approachable and generous in her advice. Her passion for nutrition is really from the heart.Georgia put in the extra effort to ensure that she understood my full picture and that the advice and ways to implement such was giving was fully understood by me.I couldn’t recommend Georgia more if I tried!!! She exceeded every single one of my expectations. I have already seen and felt so much change and I can’t wait for what the future has in store.

10/10! We have been fortunate enough to get to know Georgia really well. She is THE BEST nutritionist ever! She knew more than my GP, in terms of diet and my body, and she picked up on things within my blood tests that my GP had missed. I never realised how much nutrition can effect every aspect of life. Thanks to Georgia I have never felt better :)

I love Georgia as a nutritionist because she is so RELATABLE !!!!She wants you to go out for dinner and drinks to indulge but teaches you how to not over do it.She is informative, knowledgeable, has great food hacks + recipes and down right a great person.Couldn’t recommend her enough.

Georgia is so knowledgeable, professional and understanding.She knows what it’s like struggling to make changes in your life and is realistic about the process.She takes into account your lifestyle, mood, schedule, and pre-existing conditions to create something that works for you as an individual. She is constantly learning and researching to make sure her clients get the most up-to-date information and is always working off of EBP.Overall a great nutritionist who genuinely loves her job and wants to help. Couldn’t recommend her more!!!
