I went in early this morning to this store and I wasn’t asked if I had QR in or even if I was vaccinated, actually I wasn’t even acknowledged by Ashleigh. I understand she was with another customer but she didn’t even say to me I will be with you in a moment. After waiting around for five minutes another girl came out from the back and served me. So in fact Ashleigh left me waiting there without bothering to call someone else to serve me. You would think for not been open for the last three months they would offer better customer service. I now understand why previously this store has received bad feedback it’s because of their lack of customer service. Do you think you are the only jewellers in Westfield? You are not. Much friendlier and better service at your sister store Angus & Coote

Service was great, they were very helpful when my Fiancé and i were picking out his ring. They offered us decent choices in our budget and seemed happy for our engagement. Reasonably priced and decent range.Unfortunately i have an unusual finger size so there weren't many options for me, so we will look elsewhere for wedding rings.

The young lady who served me was great, helpful and not pushy. She checked the covid Vax status most efficiently. I look forward to wearing my earrings. Prices were also very reasonable.

I’m a regular customer and had quite good experience before but today was not it, one of staff was helping me look after some bracelets but the moment i enter the shop, she had a tone that told me I wasn’t welcome, i was looking after 2-3 bracelets when she said “this will the last one you might be able to look or try before u decide to finalise the one you want” which was so uncomfortable to hear and finally when i decided to get one of those 3 bracelets, squeezed the bracelet in one of the tiny ring box saying “she don’t have any bigger box”. I’m sorry but this was very awful experience.

Poor customer service, not professional at all. Staff dont know whats going on, told three different stories by 3 staff over 23 days after taking in a bracelet to be fixed. Took 2 weeks to get it back after i initially said no to the $$ of repairs. Care factor -10. Change the name because you have nothing to be proud of.
