Took my car in for scheduled service. From the start the process was simple, professional and on time. I dropped off the car at 830am and had it back by 12pm. Everything was well explained before starting work and after completion. Quality of the work was great and It feels great to drive again. Thank you Alex and team for taking such good care of my car and doing a great job, ill be back for the next service. Highly reccomend!

I'm only putting 2 stars because up until recently their service was excellent. I put my vx commodore in for safety check just 2 months after having a service and they serviced it again without me requesting it( which cost around $200) . After I queried this saying I was clear I only wanted a safety check and I was told as it had done 4000 km it was almost due a service anyhow and that 5000km are normal. They did give me $55 dollars off a scan cost but the whole lie about 5000 km services doesn't gel with me. Not impressed will look elsewhere in future. I want to be able to trust my mechanic is honest.

Great to see a can-do attitude from both a customer service and mechanical service ability, which is exactly what I found here. It is hard to find both traits in one place.This positive mindset was backed with honesty and fair pricing.Defiantly my go to Mechanic in Port Macquarie.
