Zac was great to deal with. He quickly fixed the leak in our roof and has provided lots of valuable information on further preventative maintenance. He arrived on time, was easy to communicate with and promptly responded to my inqueries. Will be going to the team again for any future works

The team were on time, efficient and did the work over 3 days. They also looked after the neighbouring properties that were impacted when cleaning the roof and ensuring they were tidy as well as the primary residence. The roof was 20 years old so the cleaning was essential and the roof coating and paint application provided stunning results for another 10 years. It resulted in a very happy customer! This is my second engagement with Zac. First, replacing brand new roof and secondly repointing amd changing valleys.Both experiences have been pleasant and the result are outstanding.Highly recommend this service to anyone for roof repairs, install or other work.

I had employed Zac's services a year ago to fix a leaking roof in the house extension and verandah. I was charged approx $700 to seal both areas which took him about 15 mins. Months later the verandah leaked first and then the ceiling. I reached out to him as he had a 6 year workmanship guarantee. First he said he will refund the amount and the house is of poor build quality and that's all he could do. Then he dropped by to inspect the leak and said he doesn't know where the leak is and will refund. I agreed and got it fixed by another professional and costed me additional $2000 . But I'm yet to get a refund out of Zac. I wouldn't call someone a roof specialist if they cannot find out where the leak is and blame it on the build quality of the house. I've filed a complaint with consumer affairs Victoria, though it may not get my money back. I will have my grievance on record.

They provided an all inclusive service installing new gutters, downpipes, fixing broken roof tiles and resealing, replacing fascia wood where needed, and painting fascia and eaves. Zac and Johnny were great, and took the stress off us having to organise multiple tradespeople to do different aspects of the job. They were totally professional. We plan to use them in the future for ongoing gutter cleaning and any roof maintenance issues that may occur. Definitely recommend.

Zac and his team provided excellent service, they were thorough to diagnose the issue and provide a resolution. They were professional and prompt and easy to communicate with. We had a recurring roof leak that a previous repairer had multiple goes at. During a recent heavy rain it leaked again so we contacted Changing Roofs. Angela returned my call promptly and Zac attended the next day to inspect our roof. He quickly identified the issues and provided a fare quote and we were emailed a detailed quote that night.Zac was confident he had resolved the leak, but was happy to hold off on payment until we had rain to check all was ok.We are so relieved that this ongoing leak has finally been resolved, we are so grateful to Zac and his crew for their help.

Our roof leaked every time we had rain from a particular direction for a couple of years after Zac’s team “supplied and fitted new roofing on flat roof extension incl all flashings and installation”. Had Zac out to fix it twice, the last time was in late May 2020 (for which I have email dated 29/4/20 as proof), before we had to pay someone else to come out and fix it properly last year. The person who fixed it properly found that the flashing wasn’t affixed correctly, just pressed up against something. The problem has nothing to do with weatherboards that the reply is suggesting.Also, we paid them in cash to paint our house as they offered it when we said we were going to get it painted. After payment we discovered they left an entire side of the house (that side is not clearly visible from the street) unpainted!! Zac firstly told us we hadn’t wanted that side painted (like 3 walls painted grey and one left ugly brown brick is a normal preference or something?!) and then assured us 4 or 5 times that the team would come back and paint the last wall. That was in 2017. It’s 2021 and I’m still waiting…Can’t say I’d recommend them, except that they seem to have done good job on the gutters. Maybe useful if you only need new gutters?

Zac & his team were very easy to deal with. They came to my house & fixed all of the problems I was having with my roof and even did a free repair to my neighbours house while they were here. Extremely happy with all of the work completed & would not hesitate to recommend Changing Roofs to anyone. Thanks again Zac.
